Trish went above and beyond. Excellent and honest. The truck was supposed to be detailed when delivered. It had not even been washed. Filthy with glass and nails in the bed. The engine looked like a dirt road. I contacted Trish and she was apologetic but offered nothing like a gift card or anything to make up for it. I live 4 hours away. Just a gesture like that would have went a long way. You spend a lot of money and you want a new to you car to be as clean as possible.

Confused service department. Three attempts were made to get the part in. Part was finally found in Chatom Motor inventory. Appt was made for following week to have part installed. My experience with Chatom Motors was awesome!! I had to get my radio reinstalled in my car and finally found the time and money to do so! When I got to Chatom Motors it took them only 2 hours to reinstall my radio for me and believe me it was no easy job, lots of tiny screws and unbearable heat to do it in!!!
